Divine Mercy Weekend

Fr. Joe will be showing a documentary on The Original Image of Divine Mercy in the Great Hall of the Parish Center after the 5:30pm Mass this Saturday, April 11th (roughly 6:40pm), the Vigil of the Feast of Divine Mercy!

A light dinner will be provided. Feel free to bring your own movie snacks or a dish to share if desired!

This enlightening movie (1 hour and 50 minutes in length), tells the story in of the Original Image of Divine Mercy painted through the instructions of St. Maria Faustina. The movie originally aired in theaters when it came out in 2016 and features prominent Catholic figures such as Bishop Robert Barron, Cardinal Stanislaw Dziwisz (secretary of Pope St. John Paul II) as well as secular figures such as singer Harry Connick Jr., comedian Jim Gaffigan, and many others! You won't regret coming!

There will be six priests available for confessions

Divine Mercy Sunday is a very special Sunday when the Divine Floodgates from Heaven are wide-opened, and Jesus offers us the total forgiveness of all sins and punishment to any soul who goes to Confession and receives Him in Holy Communion on that day.
